Rose Walker Clay does not accept refunds or exchanges except in the case of a defective product or failure of craftsmanship. While every effort is made to deliver high quality and long lasting pieces, please keep in mind that everything we sell is handmade by a singular person, not a team of factory workers and machines. The item you receive may have slight differences from what is shown online, and there may be small variations between different items of the same type. That's the beauty of buying handmade!
